He brings specialized expertise in administrative judiciary and government procurement regulations. Administrative judiciary, exercised by the Board of Grievances, covers administrative disputes to which government entities are a party — including disputes over contracts concluded by those entities, claims to annul administrative decisions and claims for compensation — while the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and its Implementing Regulations govern how government entities contract through the stages of tendering, award, contracting and performance. This specialization allows matters involving government contracts and administrative disputes to be handled with specialist legal insight.
Alongside his work at the firm, he serves as private counsel at the office of businessman Ajlan Al Ajlan and as legal advisor to Ajlan & Bros, and advises a number of corporate entities and individuals.
