He has held several prestigious positions, including being a member of the committee responsible for preparing the structure of the Supreme Judicial Council, the committee for drafting the executive regulations of the Law of Civil Procedures, and the committee for preparing the strategy of the Judicial Training Center. Additionally, he is an accredited trainer at the Judicial Training Center and a cooperating lecturer at the University of Al-Qassim. It is worth noting that the founding partner has chaired several arbitration boards and served as an arbitrator in numerous cases.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in law, he is licensed by the Ministry of Justice to practice law under license number 38379. He has extensive experience in the legal field since 2013, working as a private attorney in the office of businessman Ajlan Al-Ajlan and serving as the legal advisor at Ajlan & Brothers Company. He is particularly adept in the fields of administrative law and government procurement systems. Additionally, he is an accredited notary public from the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Appeals Committee at the Saudi Surfing Federation. He also provides legal consultations to various corporate entities and individuals.

He has experience in the legal sector since 2017, having worked as the Legal Manager in a holding company, and previously held the position of Governance and Compliance Officer at a group of public companies. He has also served as a legal advisor for a company’s IPO project on the Saudi stock exchange (Tadawul) and is a member of the Appeals Committee at the Saudi Surfing Federation. Additionally, he is an accredited agent for practicing intellectual property activities.
